This policy explains what this website collects, why, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be waived through.

WissenPress Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a Private Limited Company incorporated in India, operating a bulk book printing and customised print manufacturing business. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean WissenPress Innovations Pvt. Ltd.. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for information you send us, and you are the Data Principal.

What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form, plus a small amount of technical information that arrives automatically with any web request.
Information you give us
- Your name, and your organisation if you enter one
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, and your email address
- Your print requirement — product, quantity, trim size, page count, binding, delivery location, deadline and any specification notes you add
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded with the enquiry
- The page you landed on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source or a Google click identifier)
- A session cookie that keeps your form secure while you fill it in
We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity document numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them in the notes field. Commercial terms are settled directly, not through this site.
Why we collect it
Each item has a single, stated purpose.
- Contact details
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and coordinate an order if you place one.
- Specification
- To price the job accurately. Quantity, paper, binding and finishing determine the figure, so we cannot quote without them.
- IP and user-agent
- To detect automated spam submissions and to apply a fair-use limit on the form.
- Campaign parameters
- To understand which channels bring genuine enquiries, so we spend on the ones that work.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with the legitimate use of processing an enquiry you have voluntarily made for a commercial purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders
- Up to 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation if you return, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become orders
- Retained with the order and accounting records for the period required under Indian tax and company law.
- Spam and blocked submissions
- Discarded immediately or within a few days.
You can ask us to erase your enquiry earlier — see your rights.
How it is protected
- The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted in transit
- The enquiry form carries a per-session security token, a hidden trap field and a submission-rate limit to keep out automated abuse
- Enquiry records are stored outside the publicly reachable part of the server and are not accessible from a browser
- Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your information, we will report it to the Data Protection Board of India and notify you as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask what information about you we hold and how it has been used
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything missing
- Ask us to erase your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form, at any time
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we have not resolved your grievance
Write to wissenpress@gmail.com with your request. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you, and we will respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done lawfully before you withdrew it, and if you withdraw while a quotation is in progress we may no longer be able to prepare it.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will publish the revised version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be reflected before the change takes effect.
